This week we look at Jesus inaugural sermon at Nazareth recorded in Luke 4. Jesus said he was anointed by the Holy Spirit to bring good news to the poor. Good news to the poor is the central agenda of the KIngdom.
This sermon looks at what Jesus means by the poor and what it means for the Church to embody Jesus mission to bring good news to the poor.

MISSIO: Mission to Neighbors

God calls us to participate in his mission by loving our neighbors through hospitality. Hospitality is more than having people over — it is offering the welcome of God to the people God has put in out lives. It is treating those in our lives as thought they are Jesus. This is the simple way God welcomes more and more people into his Kingdom.
